NLC Sets New Date For FULL BLOWN WAR With FG

The Nigeria Labour Congress has threatened Federal Government further to embark on a full-blown nationwide strike in case the federal government refuse to meet its demands for full implementation of the signed 16-point agreement.

The warning was issued by NLC President at a briefing where reasons for the suspension of street protests, earlier scheduled for two days, is given.

Ajaero explained that apart from the remarkable success of the demonstrations, it wanted all members to celebrate the NLC at 46.

However, the NLC has further countered the government’s reanimation of implementing most of the agreements reached

Ajaero affirmed that the latest ultimatum billed to expire on 13th of March, 2024 is issued only by the NLC in exclusion of Trade Union Congress (TUC), as was the last which expired on February 22.
