According to information reached thenewskingdom, a 30-year-old Nigerian pilgrim have reportedly gave birth to a baby boy and named Mohammed at the Maternity and Children’s Hospital in Makkah, which is under the Makkah Health Cluster.

It was reliably confirmed that this child birth marks the first birth of a pilgrim during the ongoing Hajj season.

In a statement released by Makkah Health Cluster, the concerned pilgrim, who was in her 31st week of pregnancy, was admitted to the hospital’s emergency department when she way experiencing labor pains.

It was further reported that emergency doctors immediately attended to her and transferred her to the maternity ward, where she fortunately had a natural delivery.

The information have it that both the mother and baby are in sound health, though the newborn, being premature, is receiving special care.

The newskingdom further gathered that the Maternity and Children’s Hospital is fully operational, offering top-tier services to Hajj pilgrims, especially in handling emergency cases.
