Hustle Kingdom: Armed Military Operative Storms Yahoo Training School, Arrests Over Hundred Youths – Details.
Information reaching thenewkingdom confirmed that nothing less than one-hundred youths suspected to be internet fraudsters have been arrested by military personnel from 3 Battalion Nigerian Army Barracks at the popular Army Estate, Effurun in Uvwie, Delta State.
It was further gathered that the suspects were arrested following intelligence reports after the discovery of an HK (Yahoo training) School within the estate premises.
HK (Hustle Kingdom) school is discovered to be a cybercriminal training network school where intending internet fraudsters are trained.
The reports revealed that after months of gathering intelligence reports on the activities of the suspected, armed military operatives stormed the school and arrested over one_hundred of them in the early hours and late Saturday.
However, the alleged owner of the HK school and his accomplices were also arrested by the soldiers.
According to a sources that aware of the development narrated that about 90 suspects were arrested in the early hours of Saturday while another set of about 50 were arrested late Saturday following the raid of the estate.
“About 150 of them were arrested. The HK School was raided by soldiers in the early hours of Saturday. The second set was apprehended late Saturday night. The soldiers acted on intelligence reports”. One of the sources told our correspondent on Sunday.
Thenewkingdom learned that the military authorities at the 3 Battalion Nigerian Army Barracks Effurun have handed the suspects to the police at Ekpan in Uvwie for prosecution after proper profiling.
SP Bright Edafe, the State Police Public Relations Officer confirmed the arrest of the suspects, but could not give details of how the suspects were apprehended.
